Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Flow Agenda ("we," "us," or "our," operated by Nelson Development) collects through the Flow Agenda application (the "Service"), and how we use, share, and protect it.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use business, employee, or client data entered into the Service for advertising.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

We don't share your data with any other third party except where required by law, or with your direction.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and business data for as long as the account remains active. Disabling an employee's account within the Service stops it from counting toward billing but does not delete their historical hours, pay, or task records — a business may need those records for its own payroll or tax purposes. A business admin can request deletion of their business's data by contacting us; some records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Data Location

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you or your business is located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls limiting who can view business data to that business's own authorized users, and row-level database access rules. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You can review and correct most account and business information directly within the Service. To request a copy of your data, request deletion, or ask any other question about how we handle your information, email hello@getflowagenda.com. For information a business has entered about its own employees or clients, the business itself is typically the right party to contact first, since they control that data as our customer.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by businesses and their adult administrators. If a business enters information about employees under 18 (for example, in industries that employ minors), that business is responsible for ensuring it has the right to do so under applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify account admins by email before it takes effect.
